“Textilexpo” JSC the organizer of the Federal Trade Fairs for Textile and Light Industry Goods and Equipment “TEXTILLEGPROM” Powered by: Government of the Russian Federation, The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, The Russian Union of Manufacturers, presents its compliments to you and has the honor to invite you to visit and participate in the 40 Fair held under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce & Industry of the Russian Federation due on 19-22 February 2013 in Halls 55, 57, 69, 75 of the All-Russia Exhibition Centre, Moscow, Russia.

Federal Trade Fairs are the largest industry field events in Russia by the exposition area covered and participants figure. Each Fair is a large-scale branch-wise business forum for assortment, technologies, price monitoring and competitive field study. The dates of the Federal Fairs are considered most advantageous for this industry sector – it is in February and September that Moscow is visited by a great number of large wholesalers, buyers, industry professionals from the Russian regions and international countries.

The exhibition complies 11 International Salons of different subjects: Apparel Textile Salon (UFI Approved Event), Technical Textile Salon & Raw Materials for Textile Industry; Home Textile Salon (UFI Approved Event); Salon of Equipment and Technology “TextilLegMash”; Salon of Knitwear, Children’s Salon and Lingerie Salon, Salon of Furniture and Accessoires, Salon of Garment & Headwear, Salon of Fur, Ready-made production Salon.

One of the most important and progressive salons of the Fair is Ready-made production Salon held in the Hall 20. The Salon covers the main sectors of ready-made production – garments (menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, jeanswear, formal attire, leather and fur items), underwear&nightclothes, accessories (men and women headwear, ties, kerchiefs, scarves, shawls, wraps, gloves, leather and fur accessories, belts, bags), window, kitchen and table decoration.

According to the audited statistics, more than 2000 enterprises representing 2400 manufacturing and trade companies from 24 countries participated in the 39 Federal Trade Fair “Textillegprom”.
The Fair attracted about 35 000 visitors, 82% of whom were specialists  from all over Russia, the CIS and Baltic countries and other international states. More than 35% of visitors represented large wholesale companies, 30% - medium and small business, 29.3% - representatives of manufacturing companies.

The forthcoming 39 Fair will open more new opportunities for its participants and visitors. The congress program devoted to innovations and investments in the field of textile and garments including numerous seminars, workshops and fashion shows will offer visitors great additional benefits.

Dear members of the Federal Trade Fairs for Textile and Light Industry Goods and Equipment “TEXTILLEGPROM”!

JSC "Textilexpo" officially inform you that the only organizer of the Federal Trade Fairs "TEXTILLEGPROM" more than 15 years are JSC "Textilexpo" and LLC «RLP-Yarmarka".
In 2010 JSC "Textilexpo" attracted LLC "Textillegprom" and Textillegprom Anstalt (Liechtenstein), as the Agents, LLC "Textillegprom", abusing the trust of the JSC "Textilexpo", attempted to usurp the status of the organizer of the above Fair. Moreover Textillegprom Anstalt, acting as the Agent, received the participation fees, not transferred them to JSC “Textilexpo”, and appropriated the money in full.

At present, all contracts between JSC "Textilexpo" and LLC "Textillegprom" as well as Textillegprom Anstalt are terminated or canceled. And JSC "Textilexpo" does not intend to enter into new contracts with LLC «Textillegprom».

Thus, LLC "Textillegprom" and Textillegprom Anstalt do not have any legal basis for contracting and sale exhibition space at the 39th Trade Fair and the following Federal Trade Fairs "TEXTILLEGPROM”.

Moreover, they do not prepare and organize the above Fairs.
JSC "Textilexpo" strongly recommends participants of the Fairs to pay special attention to the Bank details organizing company of the Federal Trade Fairs "Textillegprom.

In addition, the employee of the offshore companies Textillegprom Anstalt and LLC «Textillegprom" - A. Zheleznova spreads false information about the Fairs.

We assure you, that Federal Trade Fairs "TEXTILLEGPROM" will be held at the All-Russia Exhibition Centre Moscow, Russia,  Halls 55, 57, 69, 75, as before, and there is no change in the structure, timing and venue of the Fairs.
