Self-arrangement of stands

Information for companies engaged in self-construction

Participants who have paid for an unequipped site are provided with a site without exhibition equipment, carpet and connection to the engineering networks of the pavilion (electricity, water, etc.). Electrical boards, sockets and other equipment are provided to the participant by the stand developer company.

The participant (the developer of the Participant) is obliged to comply with the requirements for self-construction provided for exhibition sites on the territory of Crocus Expo.

The participant (developer) must undergo an examination of the design and technical documentation of the equipped stand and pay the cost of this service to the General Developer working on the territory of Crocus Expo – Bildexpo, LLC.

When arranging the stand for electrical and fire safety, the services of the General Developer measure the insulation resistance of each electrical line on the stand and connect electricity to the technical networks of the pavilion. The participant pays the cost of these services to the Textilexpo, JSC.

In case of failure to pass the examination on time, the Participant (the Participant’s developer) is not allowed to carry out work on the arrangement of the booth in the pavilion.

 

When carrying out an independent arrangement, the Participant must: by August 23, 2024, in order to be admitted by the Organizer of a third-party developer company involved in the installation work, provide the Organizer with a completed Appendix No. 3 to the Contract, a 3D layout of the stand (including the back sides of the stand if its height exceeds 2.5 m), a plan indicating the heights and dimensions of structures. All external sides of the stand exceeding a height of 2.5 m should be a smooth white surface, without any protrusions or elements of the exhibition designer. When constructing an exhibition stand with a height of more than 2.5 m, an additional written consent of the Organizer is required. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the design of the Participant's stand for reasons of fire safety, sanitary and epidemiological requirements, civil liability to third parties, technical capabilities of the pavilion, as well as the general concept of the fair and aesthetic considerations; by August 30, 2024, in order for the General Developer of the Exhibition Center, LLC Bildexpo. (https://eng.buildexpo.ru/bexpo/), to allow a third-party developer company involved in installation work by a Participant, it is necessary to pass control of the design and technical documentation of the stands for compliance with the rules and requirements in force at the Exhibition Center (accreditation). From September 2, 2024, the increased coefficients will be valid.

During the construction of a two-storey stand, the Participant is obliged to coordinate its location and height. The cost of the 2nd floor is paid in the amount of 50% of the cost of the 1st floor.

The Participant (the Participant's developer) is obliged to ensure that the lighting of his exhibition stand is switched off daily at the end of each working day (no later than 6:30 p.m.).

Installation: September 23, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 0:00 p.m.; September 24, 2024, from 0:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Dismantling: September 28, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.

Working hours of pavilions: from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The Participant’s developer required to carry out the dismantling of the stand and leave the hall no later than 7:30 p.m. on September 28, 2024.
